Our goal at the DHW foundation is to provide corporations and companies with easy, convenient access to expert physicians and wellness practitioners. Your human resource department will be happy to know that all services provided by DHW doctors are complimentary for the company and the employee. Most lectures and employee health days can be arranged within a short period of time, granted that the foundation members have availability on their donation calendars.

What size does my company need to be in order to be eligible for the complimentary services?
Companies of any size are eligible. Priority calendar scheduling of activities such as Employee Appreciation Days or lunch lectures is given to companies who have utilized DHW member services before. Larger corporations may need to extend some of the activities, such as Lunch-and-Learn presentations, over different days or by department in order to accommodate everyone.
Why are we not allowed to pay for services or ‘tip’ the providers?
The DHW statutes strictly prohibit any member from receiving payment, tips or gifts for anyone associated with the DHW service provider. We strongly enforce this policy as DHW will always be known as a ‘Cost-free’ organization to companies and community groups. The one exception is where the company is raising funds for a charity, whereas tips for a service, such as a massage station, could be directly provided towards that said charity.
The Provider mentioned that they are required to donate, what is that requirement?
Each DHW member is required to provide an annual quota of 60+ hours of donated services, to maintain their merit status as a Supporting Member, or 120+ hours to maintain their merit status as a Founding Member. By requiring a volume of services donated, we are ensuring that the DHW foundation is making a significant positive impact in your community (and in your company). Each provider page shows the current status level of each active member.
How do I arrange to have one of the complimentary services, such as an employee massage day, at our company?
Simply go directly to the DHW member’s page (accessed by typing in their provider number into the search box of our website) and a contact us page will appear. Fill out the contact form indicating which of the services your company is interested in. The local DHW member will have one of their representatives contact you back to answer any questions and provide their calendar availability for specific events/activities.

Per the DHW agreement, every DHW member is not allowed to recieve any compensation nor gift for their volunteer time.
